The Milky Way was beautiful over Cranberry Pond in Sunderland. The night was perfect! Calm water to capture the reflection, no bugs, bullfrogs croaking and beavers slapping their tails. The glow on the horizon was from UMass Amherst. I usually try to avoid light pollution but in this case it provided a nice contrast for Mount Toby.
