At Bright Water Bog in Shutesbury, I captured this scene along a trail framed by blooming mountain laurel, leading down to the water’s edge. A lone figure stands at the end of the path, absorbed in the view, as soft morning light filters through the trees, highlighting the lush greens and delicate white flowers. It’s a quiet, secluded spot that feels like a step away from everything else.
