I took some time to explore the Quabbin at gate 16. The water was higher than I have ever seen it so I couldn’t explore around the shore but I still had a good view of this small island. The clouds had rolled in but the sun was still able to power through some morning glow. The island and the colors reflected on the crackling ice.
