I captured this image at the Amethyst Brook Conservation Area along the Robert Frost Trail. The morning sun peeked through the trees, casting a starburst of light under a moss-covered fallen tree arching over the brook. The soft flow of the water, with a hint of golden light reflecting off the surface, contrasted with the vibrant green moss along the bank. It was a quiet moment, with only the gentle sound of the brook moving through the forest, making the effort to find this spot rewarding and grounding.
