Mount Pollux Foggy Sunrise
Mount Pollux Foggy Sunrise
I photographed this view from Mount Pollux as the sun rose over a mist-filled valley. The morning light cast a golden glow through the fog, illuminating the tops of the trees. Front and center is the lone tree that makes this spot special—a familiar landmark on Mount Pollux that stands out against the open landscape, rooted in the middle of the field. Standing here reminded me why I love being out in nature—those rare, peaceful moments that feel untouched by the rest of the world.
Photographed on the traditional lands of the Nipmuc People.
